Colombia again registered the most global web searches for South Florida real estate in December 2024, according to a new report by the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI). In the past nearly three years, Colombia has finished in the top two countries looking for Miami real estate in each of the last 33 months.

Argentina purchased the most South Florida real estate of any foreign nation in 2024. In South Florida, buyers from Argentina made up 18% of all international purchases. Colombia (14 percent), Canada (8 percent), Brazil (6 percent), and Mexico (6 percent) rounded out the top 5.
